REAL ESTATE SIGNING
We Bring Your Real Estate Closing to You

Instead of traveling to a title or escrow office to sign your real estate documents, Waterlot Notary comes to you. We provide professional mobile real estate notary and loan signing services at your home, office, or another convenient location throughout Salem, the Willamette Valley, and surrounding Oregon communities.
More Than the Signing — Complete Document Support
Waterlot Notary manages the logistics surrounding your real estate signing, not just the notarization. We can securely receive and print the closing package, travel to the signer’s location, facilitate the signing and required notarizations, complete requested scanbacks, and return the signed documents according to the title company or lender’s instructions. Packages can be delivered to FedEx or UPS for shipment or, when arranged locally, hand-delivered directly to the title company, lender, or other designated recipient.
