We believe professionalism is about more than understanding documents. It is knowing how to conduct each signing with confidence, discretion, patience, and respect—whether we are meeting a client in their home, at their bedside, in an attorney’s office, or online.
Our team arrives professionally dressed, prepared, and ready to adapt to each client’s needs. Some appointments call for efficiency; others require additional time and patience. In either situation, our goal is the same: to provide a professional, comfortable signing experience and the level of care our clients and referring professionals expect.
HOW Waterlot Notary Began
Waterlot Notary began with founder Andrea ‘Andi’ Madison working as a Notary Signing Agent, primarily supporting real estate transactions.
A chance connection with an estate planning attorney opened Andi’s eyes to another need: attorneys and their clients could benefit from a dependable mobile notary who understood not only notarization, but the professionalism and coordination involved in an important signing.
That experience became a turning point for Waterlot Notary. What began with real estate signings grew into specialized support for estate planning, legal professionals, and clients who need a trusted resource to help manage the details of document execution.
A Personal Note from Andi
I believe the way we treat people matters just as much as the service we provide.
Over the years, I’ve learned that no two signings—and no two clients—are quite the same. Sometimes the job calls for efficiency; other times, it calls for a little more patience, reassurance, or simply taking the time to make sure someone doesn’t feel rushed.
When a client, attorney, or other professional entrusts Waterlot Notary with an important signing, I take that responsibility seriously. Whether we are sitting at a conference table, meeting in someone’s home, or working quietly at a bedside, my expectation is that every member of our team arrives prepared, professionally dressed, respectful, and mindful of the circumstances.
