Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. To serve all our clients fairly and manage our mobile operations effectively, we maintain clear expectations for notice and rescheduling.

Notice Requirements

We request that any cancellations or requests to reschedule be made within a standard window prior to the appointment time. This allows us to adjust our travel routes and offer the time slot to other practitioners in need of mobile support.

Late Cancellation Expectations

Appointments cancelled without sufficient notice may be subject to a fee to cover administrative costs and travel logistics already in motion. We aim to be fair and consider extenuating circumstances whenever possible.

Rescheduling Logistics

While we strive to accommodate rescheduling requests at no extra charge, multiple changes to the same appointment or very short-notice shifts may impact the final service fee due to the complexity of reorganizing mobile notary logistics.
